Preparing to Board!

 

Reading Nancy Beiman's Prepare to Board has been really helpful in managing the story for my short film. It's been a struggle to find the right rhythm of the story beats but there's some great technical information in here. breaking down that aspect of film making, which I've found useful. Also lots of great tips on colour, design and pitching. The actual content is definitely starting to show it's age a little but the key points made still stand today.
